Low-temperature waste heat combined cooling, heating, and power system
Waste heat resources can be divided into three categories based on their temperature:
● High-temperature waste heat (waste heat resources with a temperature above 500℃)
● Medium-temperature waste heat (waste heat resources with a temperature between 200-500℃)
● Low-temperature waste heat (flue gas with a temperature below 200℃; liquids and flash steam below 100℃) accounts for about 60%-65% of the total waste heat resources.
In the industrial sector, a large amount of energy is consumed, which is ultimately discharged in the form of low-temperature hot water, flue gas, and flash steam. To improve the efficiency of energy consumption, measures should be taken to recover and utilize waste heat resources. There are various methods for waste heat recovery, but they can generally be divided into two main categories: thermal recovery (direct utilization of thermal energy) and power recovery (conversion into power or electricity for reuse). The utilization of low-temperature waste heat combined with the enterprise's energy consumption status of "low-temperature combined heat and power" is the most effective utilization method.
Based on the energy supply and consumption situation within the enterprise area, a regional energy internet can be configured with a core idea of multi-energy complementarity, combined heat and power, matching quality, waste heat utilization, and thermal energy storage.
By utilizing energy in a cascading manner and integrating renewable resources, the efficiency of energy use can be improved. Additionally, the Anhong Energy AH CCS (Anhong Cloud Control) digital comprehensive management platform can be used to optimize the operation of the regional energy system.
